“Amazing view, nice ambiance and surprisingly good snacks (it’s actually almost a dinner) and drinks. I don’t know if that alone is worth 38€, because entrance to the rooftop is free. For us it was still a good deal. Only the meeting point is very confusing: The coordinates are almost behind the building, which is where we first went. In reality there is no „meeting“, you just go into the lobby, up to 31st floor and show your voucher to the staff there. That’s it.”
