“This day was incredible, from the pick up to the drop off! We were picked up directly at our hotel. An hour drive in a comfortable air conditioned van. Our day started with amazing moments with beautiful elephants. We had the opportunity to learn about them, feed them sugar cane, take pictures, cuddle them and walk with them down to the water to give them a bath and a good scrub, which was a memorable experience for us! “I had limited expectations for this excursion. We arrived at the bamboo rafting area and it was all very rushed. I was hoping that the guides would be pointing out wildlife or give us some information about anything, but it felt like our guide in particular was either a bit hungover or just didn't want to be there. Stopped the raft to take phone calls etc it was bizarre. The turtle sanctuary was decent. Learned some things on the tour from the guide. Waterfall was a bit of a waste of time to be honest. In summer when water levels are low. It seems pointless to take people there.”

“The bamboo raft ride was the highlight of the trip. I was a bit nervous but our raft guide held my hand getting on and getting off the raft and he kept it stable throughout the ride. I loved the coffee stop half way along, the water was boiled inside bamboo sticks over the fire and the coffee was served in bamboo cups which we were able to keep. Our tour guide gave us each little parcels of sticky rice inside banana leaves to eat with our coffee. we also got melon slices during our tour on land and there was plenty of bottles of water and cans of cola…”
